This is an action by E. A. Stacy and his wife, Lizzie Harvey Stacy, against Zoe D. Stacy, widow of John Latham Stacy, John Latham Stacy, Jr., Rose Elizabeth Stacy, Jean Stacy and Allen Dodson Stacy,' minor children of John Latham and Zoe D. Stacy. John Latham Stacy hereafter, for convenience, will be referred to as J. L. Stacy. It is alleged, in substance, in the complaint that E. A. Stacy and wife are parents of J. L. Stacy, deceased; that J. L. Stacy purchased in his own name a certain tract of land in Crittenden County, described in the complaint, consisting of about one hundred' acre®;…
