This appeal involves nine cases, consolidated for consideration by this court, brought by the respondent for the purpose of foreclosing liens on lands belonging to the respective appellants, to enforce payment of an assessment of $1.83 per share upon the stock of the Payette-Boise Water Users’ Association, Limited, appurtenant to such land.
