MemoRAndum of Decision and OkdeR On Trustee’s Motion for Default Judgment

I. Introduction

The chapter 7 trustee (“Trustee”) seeks a default judgment, pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7055(b)(2), *207which if granted would deny Friedberg a discharge. See 11 U.S.C. § 727. (See ECF No. 133, “Default Judgment Motion”.) Friedberg, pro se, objects. (See ECF No. 141.) For the reasons that follow, the Trustee’s motion is granted.
