If there is credible evidence to support the findings of the jury, the judgment must be affirmed. So our inquiry is directed to that point. The respondent proposed to erect a paper-pot dryer according to certain plans and specifications for a stipulated sum and agreed when in operation the capacity of the dryer would be approximately 6,000 pots in ten hours. Certain material was to be furnished by appellant, and concerning this feature of the agreement there is no dispute.
