WEICK, Chief Judge.

The suit in the District Court was to recover damages in the amount of $250,-000. for breach of contract to sublease premises located near the Nashville Municipal Airport. Jurisdiction was based on diversity of citizenship.

The case was tried by the District Judge without a jury. Adopting findings of fact and conclusions of law, he decided in favor of plaintiff and assessed damages in the sum of $200,000., for which amount he entered judgment against defendant.
