This court’s opinion of February 12, 2016, is withdrawn, and the following is substituted therefor.

Wall to Wall Properties, Inc. (“Wall”), appeals from a judgment entered by the Madison Circuit Court (“the circuit court”) in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.Á. (“Wells Fargo”). We affirm.
