This case is before the Court on Petitioner Gino Velez Scott’s Motion Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence (Doc. 1)1 and Memorandum of Law (Doc. 3). The Court appointed counsel for Petitioner in this matter. (Crim. Doc. 141).
