DORE, Judge.

The plaintiff sold to Oscar Leger a certain soda fountain, together with all accessories, and, at the time of the sale, retained a vendor’s lien, and the purchaser granted a chattel mortgage to secure the unpaid part of the purchase price. This sale and chattel mortgage act was promptly recorded prior to the installation of the soda -fountain in the drug store operated by Leger. Thereafter the lessor of Leger brought suit against him for past-due rent, praying for a writ of provisional seizure.
