Plaintiffs brought suit to foreclose a trust deed in the nature of a mortgage on certain real estate in which plaintiff, Commercial Mortgage & Finance Co. (referred to herein as plaintiff) was the grantee and trustee. The other plaintiffs were the owners of the note secured by the trust deed.
