In this action, pending on the equity docket of the Franklin circuit court, the plaintiffs, E. H. Taylor, Jr., & Sons, a'corporation engaged in the manufacture and sale of whiskey, arid W. S. Sandifér, its secretary’ and bookkeeper, in the absence from the county of the’ judge of. the Franklin circuit court, after due notice to the opposing parties and the execution of the required bond, obtained at the hands of the clerk of that court an injunction restraining the defendants, Sterling B.
