This is in response to your request for an opinion on three questions concerning the immunity from liability of faculty physicians at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences ("UAMS") for acts or omissions arising out of and in the scope and course of their employment, and the effect of malpractice insurance on this immunity from liability.
