I. CHRONOLOGY OF THE CASE
• June 13, 2013 — The defendant was convicted as charged (11-1) of possessing cocaine with intent to distribute.
• July 9, 2013 — The defendant filed a motion for post-judgment verdict of acquittal and/or new trial, which the trial court denied on that date.
