(After stating the foregoing facts.) It seems to be conceded that if the plaintiff was not entitled to an injunction initially, he could not have been injured by the dissolution of the injunction granted, and that the order allowing the defendants to dissolve the injunction by the giving of a bond affords to plaintiff no right of complaint.
