Missouri Director of Revenue (“Director”) appeals from a judgment restoring driving privileges to Randy N. Hun-sucker (“Hunsucker”). Director revoked Hunsucker’s driver’s license for one year pursuant to Section 577.041 RSMo1 after Hunsucker refused to submit to a chemical test of his blood alcohol concentration. The trial court ordered the Director to reinstate driving privileges. Affirmed.
