In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the third-party defendants appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Rings County (Tous-saint, J.), dated May 21, 2014, as denied that branch of their motion which was pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) to dismiss the third-party complaint and granted the plaintiff’s motion for leave to serve and file an amended complaint in the main action.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof denying that branch of the third-party defendants’ motion which was pursuant to CPLR…
