The bill of complaint herein was filed to secure the cancellation of several land contracts on the ground that they were secured through the fraud of the defendants as vendees and also to secure an accounting. In addition to the answers of the several defendants, four cross-bills were filed which presented questions of accounting and specific performance. By consolidation one suit at law and nine suits for specific performance were added to the issues presented by the pleadings in the original case.
