This is a lawsuit between adjoining landowners in a Little Rock neighborhood. Appellees Richard and Clair Ramsay claim that a document executed by their predecessors-in-interest in 1948 created an easement in their favor in a gravel drive located along the southern border of their lot. The drive is located between the Ramsays’ lot and a lot owned by appellants Mark and Catherine Johnson.
