Daniel C. Ruffner (Claimant), pro se, petitions for review of an adjudication of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) holding that Claimant was ineligible for the $8,840 in unemployment compensation benefits he had collected and, thus, liable for a fault overpayment of benefits pursuant to Section 804(a) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law). 1 In so holding, the Board adopted the Referee’s findings that Claimant had voluntarily quit his job and was not truthful when he reported his separation as a layoff.
