| defendant Safeway Insurance Company of Louisiana (“Safeway”) appeals the trial court’s findings of fact and its allocation of fault to Defendant Kevin W. Lawrence. Mr. Lawrence was driving Safeway’s insured vehicle when it collided with the vehicle in which the children of Plaintiff, Deandrea Jones, were riding. Plaintiff, individually and on behalf of her minor children, sought recovery for injuries sustained by her children in the accident.
