LACOMBE, Circuit Judge.
The improved dumping car belongs to the class in which the load is dumped by opening the bottom. The bottom is composed usually of two hinged doors, which normally are closed and held in closed position by some device; when released they swing downward, and the load falls or slides out; thereafter the doors are again raised into place and the car is ready to receive another load.
