— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Hollie, J), rendered July 31, 2001, as amended April 2, 2003, convicting him of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (three counts) and resisting arrest, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment, as amended, is affirmed.
