—In an action to recover damages for conscious pain and suffering and wrongful death, the defendant Marmac Leasing Company, Inc., appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Aronin, J.), dated July 5, 1984, as denied its motion for a change of venue to Clinton County.
Order reversed insofar as appealed from, with costs, and motion for a change of venue from Kings County to Clinton County granted.
