Appellant Margaret A. Johnson appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County that granted summary judgment in favor of her former employers, Appellees Dr. Scott M. Killmer and Dr. Bryan K. Richmond (hereinafter “the employer”).1 Ms. Johnson filed an action against the employer alleging that she was terminated by the employer because of her age, and that she was the victim of age-based discrimination while employed.
