On the application of James H. Devaughn, one of the heirs of William Devaughn, and one of the appellees in this cause, the County court of Alexandria county, under the ninth section of chapter 110, of the Code of 1860, appointed commissioners to assign to the appellant, her dower in the estate of which her husband, William Devaughn, died seized.
