This case returns to us on remand from our Supreme Court to reconsider whether the trial court properly dismissed plaintiff Devon Scott Bailey’s claims against defendants T.J. Realty, Inc., which did business under the name Hi-Tech Protection, Inc. (Hi-Tech), Evergreen Regency Townhomes, Ltd. (Evergreen), and Radney Management & Investments (Radney).
