Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Richard Lee Price, J.), rendered September 23,1993, convicting defendant, after a nonjury trial, of reckless endangerment in the first degree, and sentencing him to a term of 13A to 51/4 years, unanimously affirmed.

Viewing the evidence in a light most favorable to the People (People v Contes, 60 NY2d 620, 621), we find that it was legally sufficient to establish beyond a reasonable doubt that defendant committed the crime of reckless endangerment in the first degree. Moreover, the verdict was not against the weight *258of the evidence (CPL 470.15 [5]).…
