MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER INTRODUCTION

This is an admiralty case in which there are three motions before the court. - First, the United States seeks an order compelling the intervenors to provide complete responses to its interrogatories. Second, the United States seeks a default judgment by the court against the Pride of Texas, and any party who has not already intervened in this case.
