James W. Rainwater (hereinafter referred to as appellant) appealed to the Coweta Superior Court from a decision of the Coweta County Board of Zoning Appeals (hereinafter referred to as appellee) in which they refused to grant him a permit for the continuance of a mobile home park which he contends was established before the passage of a certain zoning resolution. The case arises out of the following facts. In 1961, the appellant acquired the tract of land in question.
