This case has been heretofore in this court upon writ of error brought to review a final decree of the Supreme Court of Tennessee. Blake v. McClung, 172 U. S. 239.
That decree was rendered in a suit instituted by O. M. McClung & Co. for the administration of the property and affairs of the Embreeville Freehold, Land, Iron and Railway Company, Limited — an insolvent British mining and manufacturing company doing business in Tennessee.
