This was an action for injuries sustained in an automobile collision. Judgment was for defendant. Plaintiff appeals.

Appellant was driving in a northwesterly direction and appellee in a southeasterly direction on a paved highway. Each car approached a narrow bridge. There was a third car in front of appellee’s car. This car stopped suddenly in front of appellee. Appellee put on his brakes suddenly to avoid running into the car ahead. This caused appellee’s car to skid over to the left side of the *67road.
