MEMORANDUM & ORDER McGLYNN, District Judge: Petitioner Robert Lynn Bell is currently incarcerated at FCI Greenville after pleading guilty to an armed carjacking in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2119. United States v. Bell, Case No. 3:93-cr-00302-M-1 (N.D. TX), ECF No. 1. The District Court imposed a sentence of 240 months to run consecutively to sentences imposed in state court for the same conduct.
