PER CURIAM: *

Defendants Daniel Davis, John Sanders, Edward Mayhall, and Tobe Momah 1 (“Defendants”) appeal the district court’s order denying summary judgment on their de fense of failure to exhaust administrative remedies. See 42 U.S.C. § 1997e(a). We conclude that Defendants have failed to demonstrate appellate jurisdiction; we DISMISS.
