ARDAIZ, J.
On February 24, 1987, an information was filed charging appellant in count I with possession of cocaine for sale (Health & Saf. Code, § 11351.5), and in count II with possession of heroin for sale (Health & Saf. Code, § 11351). It was further alleged with respect to both counts that appellant had a prior felony conviction within the meaning of Health and Safety Code section 11370.2. With respect to count II, it was alleged that appellant had a prior conviction within the meaning of Penal Code section 1203.07, subdivision (a)(3).
