The plaintiffs, Lord Family of Windsor, LLC (Lord Family), Robert Daddario and N. Philip Lord, Jr., appeal 1 from the judgment of the trial court denying in part their appeal from the decision of the defendant, the planning and zoning commission of the town of Windsor (commission), to impose certain conditions on the approval of the plaintiffs’ subdivision applications pursuant to a zoning regulation requiring a special use permit for the subdivision of more than thirty lots.
