The trial court entered a judgment of dissolution of the marriage of Juli Anne Simmons and Gregory Scott Simmons on July 12, 1990, and an amended judgment on October 12, 1990. Gregory Simmons appeals from the trial court’s decisions on visitation and valuation of his business interest.
