This is a companion suit to Thieme v. Louisiana Highway Commission, 5 So.2d 167, and Jarnagin v. Louisiana Highway Commission, 5 So.2d 660, heretofore decided by this court and to No. 6406, Carter v. Louisiana Highway Commission, 6 So.2d 159, this day decided. All are against same defendant and grew out of the erection of an attractive modern concrete and steel overpass and approaches in Lafayette Street in the City of Winnfield, to supersede an old wooden unsightly bridge.
