CUMMINGS, Circuit Judge.

The petitioner, Conrad Schellong, contests a deportation order issued by the United States Immigration Court. Schel-long was first denaturalized and later ordered deported for his activities in Nazi concentration camps in pre-war Germany. Two branches of litigation have brought this case before this Court. The first was a suit by the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) against Schellong to revoke his naturalized citizenship.
