This is a suit to restrain the erection of a play-shed in School District No. 60 of Jackson county, Oregon. The pleadings are long, but the contentions of the parties can be easily stated in the opinion. The beginning of this controversy may be dated from a notice given by the directors of a special school meeting, which notice is as follows:
