OPINION
ROBERTSON, Justice.
This is an appeal from the trial court’s granting summary judgment for appellee, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), finding appellants severally liable on personal guaranties made with regard to a promissory note. In their first point of error, appellants contend the FDIC had no legal right to hold them to the guaranties because of a material alteration in the underlying contract. The second point of error asserts that the presence of a material fact question precluded the trial court from granting appellee’s motion for summary judgment. We will affirm…
