The defendant is charged with bigamy. A marriage was solemnized between Josepha Racykowski, the complainant, and the defendant in St. Joseph’s Church, in the City of Bridgeport, State of Connecticut, on September , 25, 1910. These parties lived together in that city for three months and then came to New York City, living here for two months thereafter.
