Defendant (Appellant) was charged by indictment with two counts of first degree murder, Ind. Code § 35-13-4-1 (Burns 1975). After trial to the jury the defendant was found guilty of both counts as charged, and was sentenced to life imprisonment.

This appeal presents the following issues:(1) Whether the defendant was denied his constitutional right tp confront witnesses against hina,(2) Whether, as a matter of law, the defendant’s convictions are sustained by sufficient evidence.
