STANIFORTH, J.

Joaquin S. contends abuse of discretion on the part of the trial court in refusing to admit polygraph evidence at a hearing to vacate his order of commitment to the California Youth Authority (CYA). Joaquin had been committed to the CYA on July 12, 1977, after a hearing and true findings he had committed two armed robberies (Pen. Code, § 211).
