— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Vaughn, J.), rendered June 10,1981, convicting him of three counts of offering a false instrument for filing in the second degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. Defendant was indicted for three counts of the class E felony of offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree (Penal Law, § 175.35).
