Petitioner, Mrs. Ida Rosenbaum, joined pro forma by her husband, F. W. Rosen-baum, brought this suit to rescind a contract theretofore entered into by and between her and the respondents on the ground that same was induced by fraud and also to cancel a note executed by her and her husband. The contract was for the sale by the respondents to Mrs. Rosenbaum of certain stocks and bonds of the respondent, Texas Building & Mortgage Company.
