*496In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for fraudulent conveyance of real property, the defendants Island Helicopter Leasing Corp. and Rio Manufacturing of Delaware, Inc., appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Skelos, J.), entered August 15, 2002, which granted the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment on the first, third, and sixth causes of action.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
