WALKER, Circuit Judge.
The appellant, which asserts a claim, based on the assignment to it of claims of seamen for services to th,e steamship Minnesota, against the $3,750 for which that vessel was sold, complains of two salvage awards against that vessel, one of $625 in favor of Lester E. Alexander & Co., and the other of $1,240 in favor of Bisso Towboat Company.
