The claim of defendant in error, plaintiff below, as set forth in her bill of particulars, is for damages, for failure of plaintiff in error, defendant below, to deliver to her certain personal property which she had delivered to plaintiff in error for storage. A receipt of date May 25, 1904, was given hy the defendant, the Van Buren Storage & Van Co., to the plaintiff, for certain household furniture, which receipt contains a list of the property.
