LOUGHLIN, District Judge.
This is an action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to review a final determination of the Secretary of Health and Human Services terminating plaintiff’s Social Security disability benefits. Plaintiff was first awarded benefits as a result of an application filed August 2,1978. The Social Security Administration revaluated her condition in early 1980, issuing a Notice of Planned Action Medical May 3, 1980 informing plaintiff that her disability had' ceased as of March, 1980, much to her surprise.
