Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 308 (134 Ill. 2d R. 308), on the basis that there was a substantial ground for a difference of opinion, we granted leave to Patrick T. Murphy, Cook County public guardian, to appeal the juvenile court’s grant of a motion allowing A.W., a 13-year-old minor, to substitute private counsel in his place, in an abuse and neglect proceeding.
