Appeal by the plaintiff, Jacob L. Guttag, from an order of the Supreme Court, made at the Bronx Special Term and entered in the office of the clerk of the county of Bronx on the 19th day of October, 1920, denying plaintiff’s motion for judgment on the pleadings, consisting of the complaint and the demurrer.

This appeal involves the validity of chapter 947 of the Laws of 1920, which was enacted on September twenty-seventh at *511the extraordinary session of the Legislature duly convened by the Governor on the 20th day of September, 1920, and to which he presented the message set forth in full in the statement of facts in Levy Leasing Co., Inc'., v. Siegel (194 App. Div. 482), argued and decided herewith.
